Managing Director - Founding Partner
Jean-Pierre has 30 years of experience, as manager, consultant, facilitator and trainer in EMEA-APAC (see some of his work).
His work focuses on strategy formulation and implementation, customer centricity, change management, leadership and talent development.
As International Academic Director, Jean-Pierre has a vast experience to design and deploy Company-Specific training Programmes.
Patrick is director of the “Executive Leadership Foundation” and core faculty of the “Erasmus Executive Development “.
As trainer/coach over the past 25 years, he specialized in leadership and executive development, to support culture change projects and acceleration of individuals and organizations (see some of his work).
He works in Europe and beyond for international companies in pharmaceutical, technology and service industries.
Administration and Finance
Didier is expert in various Leadership and Coaching programmes for senior management, building on an international career in EMEA.
Having been Managing Director of the Center for Creative Leadership in Europe, he developed leadership and coaching programmes across the globe. He published white Papers e.g. on “Innovation in Leadership Development” and “Global Leadership”.
Sarah has a broad experience in the coordination of consulting and training programmes at international level. She also is in charge of the Zest administration and finance
Within Zest, Sarah supervises project administration and client service.
Within Zest, Juliette supervises digital contents and marketing.
