As trainer/coach over the past 25 years, he specialized in leadership and executive development, to support culture change projects and acceleration of individuals and organizations.
Patrick works for a range of international companies, e.g. in pharmaceutical, technology and service industries.
Born and raised in China, Echo started her career in HR and Leadership Development with Nestle and Unilever in Beijing.
After participating to the economic and society evolution of China, she went overseas and thereafter took up Canadian citizenship.
Involved in large scale OD and leadership programmes in a global context, she worked and lived in different countries in North America, Europe and Asia. She is today based in Singapore .
